EDdocuments is used for a number of different applications by our clients. You may be using it for a PDF library, a map library, a location for all of your annual reports or any number of other uses. If it is being used for a specific thing, the link on the menu may be different than is shown below.

Adding A New Item

  1. Go to the Add Content menu and choose Add to EDdocuments
  2. Fill out the fields for title and description if desired
  3. Choose a category. These can be changed or added to from the link seen below the dropdown. (Not all tools have a categories option)
  4. Upload a thumbnail image
  5. Upload or add your file type of choice- image, PDF, or link
  6. Scroll to the bottom and save
